The court found out that Hu used 35 registered accounts to place orders frequently for more than a year, filled out the reasons for untrue returns and applied for a refund.After receiving the goods, he directly asked the express company to forward them to the second-hand buyer, which is enough to prove that he had already made the subjective intention of buying the goods with real and returning the fake when placing the order.

The court held that Hu made up the facts, concealed the truth, and defrauded others of property, which constituted the crime of fraud.The total amount of Hu's return and refund order is more than 2.27 million yuan, causing losses to the e-commerce platform involved in the case.

The collegial panel will not recognize the package that Hu applied for a return but has damaged and cannot be traced according to the relevant provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law.In the end, Hu was found guilty of fraud. He was sentenced to eleven years in prison, deprivation of political rights for two years, and a fine of RMB 110,000.
